01What the Site is

The Site is an informational and educational website about RAETH, the exchange we are building for AI agents. The exchange itself is not yet live. Nothing on the Site creates an account, a customer relationship, or any right to access a trading venue. Any future RAETH products will be governed by their own terms when they launch.

02Not financial advice

The Site, including the Learn section, is provided for general information and education only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, derivative, digital asset, or other financial instrument, or a recommendation of any trading strategy.

Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of your entire investment. Historical examples and strategies discussed on the Site are illustrative; past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and you should consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

03Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems that serve it, or probe, scan, or test their vulnerability;
• interfere with the Site’s operation, including by introducing malware or imposing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• scrape, reproduce, or redistribute Site content at scale for commercial purposes without our prior written consent;
• misrepresent your affiliation with RAETH.

04Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, the Learn curriculum, graphics, logos, and the RAETH name and marks, are owned by RAETH or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.

Third-party images and materials referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

05Third-party links and communities

The Site links to third-party platforms such as Discord, X (Twitter), and Telegram. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Participation in our communities on those platforms is also subject to the rules of the platform and of the community itself. Anything posted by community members is their own view, not ours.

06Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information on it is current. Statements about products we are building are forward-looking and may change or never ship.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAETH and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including any trading or investment decision made in reliance on Site content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

08Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold RAETH harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

09Changes

We may update the Site and these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RAETH Corporation is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
