01Who we are

RAETH Corporation operates raeth.ai, the website for the exchange we are building for AI agents. The site is informational and educational. The exchange itself is not yet live, and no accounts, trading, or payments take place on this site.

02Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you give us. If you email us, for example a careers application or a general enquiry, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, such as your name, CV, or links to your work.
• Technical information collected automatically. Like almost every website, our hosting infrastructure records basic request data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps. This is used for serving the site, security, and aggregate traffic measurement.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal data through this site.

03How we use information

• To respond to your messages and evaluate applications you send us.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.
• To understand aggregate usage of the site and our content.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

04Cookies

We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may set strictly necessary cookies required to deliver the site reliably. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

05Third-party services

The site is served by third-party hosting infrastructure, which processes technical request data on our behalf. The site also links to external platforms we use to communicate, including Discord, X (Twitter), and Telegram. If you follow those links or join our communities, your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

06Sharing

We share personal information only:

• with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as hosting and email), under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
• when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process;
• in connection with a corporate transaction such as a financing, merger, or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

07Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. For example, correspondence is kept while it is relevant to an ongoing conversation or application, and routine server logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics.

09Children

The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and our products evolve, in particular when the exchange launches. At that point a more detailed policy will govern product accounts and trading data. We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
